01

Start with age and quote context

Opportunity Hub places the freshest declined work first and labels older opportunities as cooling or cold. The age band helps staff judge urgency and whether a price may need to be refreshed; it is not a promise of conversion.

02

Keep the reason on the call card

The focused card keeps the customer, vehicle, declined service, days open, estimated value, and supporting record context together instead of asking staff to trust an unexplained rank.

03

Use the guidance as preparation

Record-supported language and guardrails help an advisor prepare the conversation. The current workflow does not depend on a claim that AI chose the customer or outcome, and no model provider receives contact or send authority.

04

Record the actual attempt and result

Call, message, no-answer, booked, declined, and skip choices remain deliberate staff actions. The recorded outcome advances the queue and preserves what actually happened.
